Corals at Keppel Bay Developer, Keppel Land, had completed the keys collection handover to all the 1st phase buyers of the Corals at Keppel Bay on 31 Oct 2016 yesterday.
To date, Corals at Keppel Bay Project has sold about 58% of the 366 unit condo. The development was initially launched in 2013 and is the "newest kid on the block" of the Keppel Waterfront precinct.
The Architect for both Reflection and Corals at Keppel Bay, Mr Daniel Libeskind, was also there to grace the occasion. Mr Albert Foo, Keppel Land's general manager for Marketing, was the host. He said that about 60 per cent of the buyers are Singaporeans, over 16 per cent are permanent residents and the rest are foreigners. He also said that they are still a good selection of all type of units.
Mr Daniel Libeskind told the media that Corals at Keppel Bay Project is a very well thought through project. He thought about it from the inside out, from the point of view of a family or person living here, and He did not think of just the number of apartments here, but how unique is each place to live in.

Corals at Keppel Bay Project has achieved the Building and Construction Authority Green mark Gold Plus Award for its sustainable features.
The development has more than half covered by grenery and water features, with its 50 metre swimming pool, its exquisite curved roof top landscaped design clubhouse, rainwater filtration and recycling system.
