Singapore is just known for its clean and green city. It is also known for its skyscraper and condo architectural design. The Edge Singapore has listed eight buildings that are considered Singapore most iconic condo due to their outstanding structure and facades.
1. Reflections at Keppel Bay ( Architect Daniel Libeskind, Completed 2011).
This is certainly one of the most outstanding iconic architectural design in Singapore. It is designed by Daniel Liebeskind. It is know for its sleek curve and a combination of tall and short structure. The project comprises six sky towers ranging from 24 to 41 floors as well as 11 fan-shaped blocks comprising 6 to 8 storey of villa apartments and with a sky garden. The sky bridge connects the pair of towers and owners/guests get to enjoy a panoramic views of Mount Faber and Sentosa.
Daniel Liebeskind also design the upcoming Corals at Keppel Bay too. It will be ready by August or September 2016. I am certain that the Corals at Keppel Bay Project will also be shortlisted as one of the awe-inspiring condos in the near future too.
2. The Interlace ( Architect Ole Scheeren. Year of Completion 2013)
The Interlace is quite similar to the Durian, the key of fruit. You either hate them or like them. It seems that the structure has a lasting impressions among passer-by and commuters. It clinched the World Building of the Year in 2015, the highest accolade in architecture. It also won other prestigious awards such as the Urban Habitat Award in 2014 and BCA Green Mark Gold award in 2010. A total of 31 blocks, each 6 storey tall are stacked in hexagonal arrangement, creating pockets of spaces for air and light to flow through. The site occupies about 8 ha and it can fit 8 courtyards.

Pearl Bank was once the tallest residential in Singapore. The 38 storey horseshoe-shaped building near Outram Park MRT station has 272 residential unit. The Sky Habitat has transformed the skyline of Bishan with its dramatic stepping form of architecture. It has 38 storey towers linked by three sky bridges. The bridges on the 14th and 26th floors were designed as sky gardens while the highest bridge on the 38th floor features a Sky Pool. It seems that many development are featuring sky gardens in their development too. 6 Derbyshire in Novena is one of them.
The Sky Habitat design features vertical greenery, optimal orientation relative to the sun and maximum cross ventilation.

The Oliv at Balmoral is a medium-rise development which embraces open vertical green spaces. It has only 23 units. It is the home for the privilege few. Each floor has only two units and they share the sky terraces. The irregular shape and slopping wall mimics a wavy ground surface while the green hedges epitomises luxury tropical living.
Besides these eight condos, others that are not built yet and are in the pipeline of inspiring condos and perhaps landed would be Marina One in Marina Bay area, The Crest at Prince Charles, One Balmoral in the Balmoral area and the pure landed Victoria Park Villas in Victoria Park road.
